MTBC Announces Hiring of New General Counsel
SOMERSET, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-August 12, 2005 -- MTBC - The 4% Medical Billing and Free EMR Company-today announced that it has hired Mr. Stephen A. Snyder as its new in-house legal counsel. Mr. Snyder will be based in MTBC's New Jersey office and will serve as Vice President and General Counsel.
"We are pleased that Mr. Snyder has joined MTBC at such a critical and exciting time of growth and development," said Mr. David Rosenblum, President of MTBC. "He will be involved in MTBC's continued expansion throughout the United States and in its development of strategic alliances and partnerships."

Prior to joining MTBC, Mr. Snyder was associated with a law firm where he focused on such areas as business litigation, insurance and transactional matters. Mr. Snyder graduated magna cum laude from Montclair State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, where he served as a senior editor of a law journal.
